Paul Samuel Militello

Paul "Sam" Militello has been a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed attorney for about 3 years, after graduating from Florida State University College of Law. Paul "Sam" has handled and resolved thousands of criminal cases, both as a Prosecutor and a Defense Attorney. He has gone to trial as first or second chair on many criminal cases, ranging in severity from petit theft and driving under the influence to fleeing with intent to elude and trafficking in fentanyl. Paul will be practicing primarily criminal law and family law.
